<p>A cement manufacturing apparatus capable of rendering innoxious the noxious substances contained in waste, and manufacturing cement using waste as a raw material, comprising a waste drying pretreatment unit (A) for removing iron pieces and water from the waste, a raw material pulverization unit (B) for pulverizing waste and a component regulating agent, a raw material preparation and mixing unit (C) for mixing a raw material comprising waste and a component regulating agent, a clinker firing-cooling unit (D) for firing a component-regulated raw material to obtain cement clinker, a product pulverization unit (E) for manufacturing cement by mixing and pulverizing the clinker and gypsum and adding as necessary a coagulation regulating agent to the mix-pulverized material, a waste gas treatment unit (F) for quenching a waste gas, which occurs in the clinker firing-cooling unit, to suppress the resynthesis of dioxins and render the waste gas inoxious, and a dioxin decomposition unit (G) for thermally decomposing the dioxins in the dust occurring in the firing-cooling unit.</p> |
