摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the environment stability of electrostatic charge and to improve the image quality maintenance characteristic occurring in an electrostatic chargeability change by an environment fluctuation by coating nuclide particles with a coating resin containing a Ti compound or Al compound in a resin consisting of a methyl phenyl silicone polymer having a specific structural unit. SOLUTION: The nuclide particles are coated with the coating resin containing the Ti compound or Al compound in the resin consisting of the methyl phenyl silicone polymer which is a methyl phenyl silicone polymer and contains the structural unit expressed by formula in a range of 30 to 70 wt.%. An aminosilane coupling agent is preferably incorporated into this coating resin layer. The Ti compound and the Al compound are neutral or positive chargeable in triboelectrostatic chargeability and the good electrostatic charge characteristic is obtained y conjunction with the methyl phenyl silicone polymer. The Ti compound and the Al compound have an effect of increasing the hardness of the coated resin layer consisting of the methyl phenyl silicone polymer.</p>
