PURPOSE: An electroacupuncture implement having an LED lamp that can perform the electroacupuncture treatment as well as simple acupuncture treatment is provided to promote blood circulation and relieve one's fatigue. CONSTITUTION: The implement comprises acupuncture balls(1,1',1") having a plurality of conic projections around the surfaces, which are coupled to both ends and a central part of a pipe(2), and a minimum battery(3), a lamp light on and off driver(4) and an LED lamp(5) inside the pipe. The battery can be changed when a fastening part(2') of a bolt and the pipe is rotated side to side and separated completely. When the fastening part is pressed by the opposite rotation, a power switch turns on and when the fastening part is loosened to the half, the switch turns off.
