PURPOSE: A disk carrier of a disk driver is provided to have the entire simple structure of a disk driver and to guide a disk exactly when the disk driver is used by standing erect. CONSTITUTION: A roller unit(53) carries a disk by rotating closely to the lower surface of the disk with power of a driving source. Balance guide units(61,63) insert the disk by guiding the disk introduced into the roller unit. Holder guide units(66,68) guide both ends of the disk until the disk is carried completely. A sensor guide unit(80) interlocks with the holder guide unit, guides the disk and connects power for disk clamping. The driving force provides power for separating the holder guide unit and sensor guide unit from the disk. Vertical guide units(141,141') support both ends of the disk when the disk is carried vertically on the ground by the erect structure of a disk driver. The vertical guide unit is separated from the disk by the roller lifting force.
