摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum die casting material in which a dense, highly corrosion resistant boehmite treated film having a low porosity and high in adhesive properties can be obtained, simultaneously, a layer reduced in supersaturated Si and Al-Si eutectic structure inferior in corrosion resistance can be formed on the surface of the aluminum die casting material and having higher corrosion resistance, to provide its production method and to provide its various uses. SOLUTION: In this highly corrosion resistant aluminum die casting material, on the surface of an aluminum die casting material, from the outer surface, an Al-hydrated oxide layer, an oxidized film essentially consisting of aluminum oxide and having a porosity of <=30 vol.% and a hardened layer of substrate metal are successively formed, further, in the surface treating method therefor, the removal of chill layers by mechanical grinding treatment such as blasting and the subsequent treatment in high temperature water are performed. The material is particularly used for a full automatic washer, its flange and a reagent holding vessel for an immunity analyzer and a blood analyzer.
