PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fullerene water dispersion stably and simply over a long period. SOLUTION: Fullerene is made to enable to be dispersed in water by dissolving fullerene dissolved in a solvent soluble in water and used for dissolving fullerene, mixing the resultant solution with water and if necessary, removing the solvent for the fullerene.
