SUPERLINEAR LASER DRIVING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for linearizing and reducing a noise from the output of a laser driving circuit. SOLUTION: This superlinear laser driving circuit is provided with a mutual conductance operational amplifier circuit integrated with a low-pass filter(LPF). This mutual conductance operational amplifier circuit linearizes the output power of the laser driving circuit. The LPF is a secondary LPF for reducing the noise of the laser driving circuit.
