<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table type flake manufacturing apparatus with which a flake can be manufactured from a melted liquid starting material apt to be solidified into a sheetlike shape and which can be cleaned/washed easily when changing a manufacturing item. <P>SOLUTION: This flake manufacturing apparatus is provided with a means 5 for supplying the melted liquid starting material onto the top surface of a horizontally rotating table 1, a means for leveling the supplied liquid starting material, a means 6 for cooling the liquid starting material leveled on the top surface of the table 1 to have the prescribed thickness, a scraper 7 arranged in the downstream zone of the table 1 in rotating direction for scraping solidified semi-finished goods of the liquid starting material, a crushing means 8 for crushing the semi-finished goods scraped by the scraper 7 and a coarse crushing means 11. A crushing-cum-feeding blade 8b is arranged in a cylindrical main body of the means 8, a long hole is opened, a guide passage is connected to the long hole, so that the semi-finished goods scraped by the scraper 7 are guided forcibly by the guide passage, introduced into the main body through the long hole, crushed and then sent out to the outlet direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
