<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording element, on which printing can be made with inkjet ink and which has favorable wear resistance and water resistance and a high printing density. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording element includes a support having (a) at least one porous ink carrier accepting layer, (b) a fusible porous coloring matter scavenging layer including fine fusible polymer particles, a binder and a coloring matter mordant and (c) a fusible porous ink transporting layer including the fine fusible polymer particles and a film forming hydrophobic binder in the order named. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
