SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PROVIDING GUIDANCE FOR POWER- GENERATING PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take actions against abnormal indication or abnormality occurrence in any of constituent apparatuses in a power-generating plant before occurrence of process control abnormality caused by an abnormality in any of the constituent apparatuses. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an abnormality developing evaluation means 16 of receiving previous notification of apparatus abnormality diagnosed base on process information from the constituent apparatuses in the power-generating plant and evaluating an abnormality developing condition, and a guidance output means 20 of outputting a guidance for operation and maintenance of the power-generating plant based on the evaluation results of the abnormality developing condition.
