FILM WITH HARD COAT LAYER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film with a hard coat layer which does not necessitate a transparent plastics film easily adhered to an applied film in manufacturing and has high durability. SOLUTION: The film with the hard coat layer is provided by making the film 1 with the hard coat layer be constructed with a transparent substrate film 2 and if desired with lamination thereon of the hard coat layer 4 and a slipping layer 5 via a primer layer 3 and by applying a ultraviolet ray curing resin composition containing a slipping agent to the transparent substrate film, bringing it into contact with an embossed plate composed of an oxygen impermeable material, subjecting it to ultraviolet ray irradiation from the transparent substrate film side, releasing it from the embossed plate and subsequently making the ultraviolet rays irradiate it also from the applied surface side so as to make the slipping agent bleed from it.
