<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a small-size cutting inkjet recording sheet which reduces an edge dust at a small-size cutting time and gives a sheet having a proper cutting edge. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the small-size cutting inkjet recording sheet includes the steps of conditioning the inkjet recording sheet having a recording layer containing at least alumina and polyvinyl alcohol, provided by a cast coating method on a base sheet by a humidifying unit, etc., in such a manner that moisture in the sheet measured by a method specified according to JIS P 8127 becomes 5.5-9.0% at the cutting time, and then cutting to the small size by using a cutting blade, such as a guillotine, a cutter, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
