PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a phase noise included in the output signal of a PLL control oscillator. SOLUTION: An integrating circuit 31 is provided with a capacitor C9 for removing a phase noise for removing phase noise components included in a control voltage Vc of a voltage control oscillator, so that the phase noise components in the integrating circuit 31 can be removed. Thus, it is possible to reduce any phase noise to be generated in a PLL control oscillator. |
