摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an appropriate answerer among a second group succeed to inquiry not capable of being solved by an answerer of a first group. <P>SOLUTION: When a user support server 20 receives support request information from a terminal (one of terminals 31-39) of a primary answerer in charge of the inquiry from a user computer 50, the user support server 20 transmits classification data wherein secondary answerers are classified by specialized fields to the terminal of the primary answerer. From the secondary answerers of the specialized field fit for a field of this inquiry, the primary answerer selects one secondary answerer as a successor. The user support server 20 receives the selected secondary answerer from the primary answerer terminal, and requests the succession to the inquiry to a terminal (one of terminals 41-49) of the secondary answerer.
