METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIPID-MODIFIED ENZYME AND BIOSENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor accurately determining the substrate concentration of glucose, etc., with high preservation reliability.

SOLUTION: A reactive layer of the biosensor is composed of a layer containing an electron carrier and a layer containing a lipid-modified enzyme obtained by the following steps. A step of adding an enzyme to a medium containing a lipid in the presence of an inorganic salt and producing a conjugate of the liquid and the enzyme, a step of depositing the produced conjugate and a step of separating and drying the resultant deposit and affording the lipid-modified enzyme.
