<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new solution which leads to a reduction in discharge of soot and dioxin in an incineration site for a future request of further reducing the discharge in refuse incineration facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The suppression of generation of soot and dioxin in fire flame is realized by increasing charged particle density and ozone density, concretely, by a method for applying long-gap corona discharge, a method for working micro waves of an electron collision frequency or less and a cut-off frequency or more, or a method for introducing non-equilibrated plasma and ozone generated by discharge to the combustion reaction proceeding area of an incineration furnace over an air flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
