<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to transmit an abnormality determination result of a field apparatus which is determined from the other apparatus to a control machine or a portable terminal for a field. <P>SOLUTION: A self-diagnostic result storage part for storing a self-diagnostic result and an other apparatus determination result storage part for storing an abnormality determination result determined from the other apparatus are built in the field apparatus and data stored in these storage parts are transmitted in accordance with a request from an apparatus such as the control machine, the field portable terminal and the other field apparatus for determining the abnormality of the field apparatus concerned.
