PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output moving images having a wider angle of view than images picked up. SOLUTION: A time series is acquired from moving images or the like (S10), and relative positional relationship between the plurality of acquired frame images are calculated (S20). About each acquired frame image, a still image having an image area larger by a predetermined dimension is set (S30), and about extended image areas forming the predetermined increased dimension of the image area, frame images having the largest overlap are extracted on the basis of the calculated relative positional relationship between the frame images (S40). A still image set with image data on the extracted frame images and predetermined image data is next generated (S50), and such generated still images are output at predetermined time intervals to display moving images (S60). Although portions without frame images are the predetermined image data, the moving images having a wider angle of view than the input moving images can be thus appreciated.
