<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for sterilization with high pressure steam for efficiently cooling an endoscope after sterilization treatment with high pressure steam. <P>SOLUTION: The method for sterilizing the endoscope comprises: a sterilization process for sterilization treatment of the endoscope 1 at high temperature; and a cooling process for cooling the the endoscope 1 by feeding a cooling fluid into the inside of the endoscope 1 after the sterilization treatment in the sterilization process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
