Disclosed is a sealing arrangement comprising a cylindrical plug (21) and a tubular cylindrical seal (22), said sealing arrangement being installed in a bore (23) in two assembly steps. An internal tooth (6) of the seal (22) engages into a lower cavity (26) of the plug (21) in a partially assembled position while being locked into an upper cavity (25) of the plug (21) in the final assembled position. The resistance required for guiding the plug (21) out of the bore (23) is increased by means of the internal tooth (6) on the internal face of the seal (22) as well as a securing means on the external face of the seal (22). Furthermore, the amount of energy required for installing the inventive sealing arrangement in a bore (23) is reduced while safety during assembly as well as the sealing property of the sealing arrangement are improved. |
