摘要 A method for controlling the transfer amount of grains automatically is provided to control a feeder correspondent to a value set by a user by calculating the demanded control amount and present control amount for each feeder in comparison to the transfer amount of the grains transmitted from a present photographing unit and executing numerical analysis. A method for controlling the transfer amount of grains automatically comprises the steps of: setting a reference value determining the transfer amount of grains delivered through a feeder(S1); obtaining an image of pixel unit by taking a picture of the grains falling to a supply chute, in a photographing unit(S2); counting the number of pixels of each line from the obtained grain image and inputting data for the grain image by dividing the data for each ejector(S3); checking the amount of the falling grains for each feeder by summing up data for each ejector for N-seconds when the grain image data starts to be input(S4); feeding data back to a data input step if the time for adding up the data for each ejector is shorter than N-seconds and calculating the demanded control amount and present control amount for each feeder if over N-seconds(S5); numerically comparing the demanded control amount and present control amount for each feeder(S6); computing a final control data value through numerical analysis(S7); and comparing the final control data value output by numerical analysis and a reference value set by a user, increasing the vibration degree of the correspondent feeder if the final control data value is lower than the reference value, decreasing the vibration degree of the correspondent feeder if the final control data value is higher than the reference value, and feeding data back to the data input step if the final control data value and the reference value are same(S8).
