A method for producing solid carbonic fuel is provided to prevent harmful gas from being generated from the solid carbonic fuel and improve the combustibility of the solid carbonic fuel, by using charcoal powder obtained by carbonizing wood biomass, cassava powder, and oxidant. Charcoal powder is prepared by carbonizing wood-based biomass. A forming product is produced by mixing cassava starch and an oxidant which is saltpeter into the charcoal powder and molding the mixture into the forming product. The forming product is dried. The cassava powder and the oxidant have a content of 8-17 wt% and a content of 1-3 wt%, respectively, based on 100 wt% of the charcoal. The charcoal has a calorific value of 6.500-7,800 kcal/kg. |
