A system for improving English listening ability through compulsory repetitive listening is provided to maximize learning effect by making compulsory listening of a user by repeating a scroll bar of a media player without depending on the operation of the user. A sound source data base(20) is recorded with English conversation or explanation voice of a native speaker per level and subject. A media player(30) replays the sound source of the sound source data base, and comprises a replay button and a temporal stop button as blocking the function of a scroll bar controlling replay time. A sound source replay module(40) comprises a repetition frequency control part for controlling the repetitive replay frequency of the sound source and a replay speed setting part for setting the replay speed of the sound source differently. A right answer input module(50) includes a right answer input window(51) comprising a right answer input button. An evaluation module(70) measures score of the right answer input of the user through the right answer input module.
