An apparatus for preparing tteok (rice cake) by pasting rice flour with water and steaming it is provided to minimize the volume of a heating part by using microwave. An apparatus for preparing tteok comprises a tteok siru(110) (an earthenware steamer for preparing tteok) which has an opened space part(111) for accommodating a rice flour mixed with water; a stirrer(120) which is installed in the space part to mix the rice flour mixed with water and has the connection groove(121) opened downward and a plurality of projected stirring axes(123) formed at the outer circumference; a first drive motor(130) which is installed at the lower part of the tteok siru to supply the rotation force to the stirrer and is provided with a first drive axis(131) inserted into the connection groove; a heating part(140) which irradiates microwave to steam the paste; and a cover(150) which is provided with a ventilation fan. |
