摘要 A reverse tilting type casting method of a compressor for reinforcing power of car engines is provided to reduce defective proportion and satisfy air-tightness and tensile strength of cast articles by erecting and laying down a mold containing molten metal on a predetermined place and properly replenishing molten metal into the mold when molten metal contained in the mold contracts. In a compressor manufacturing mold(20) comprising an injection port, a pressure injection port, gas exhaust ports(16,16a,16b), an auxiliary pressure breathing hole(14), and an auxiliary pressure top(26), a reverse tilting type casting method of a compressor for reinforcing power of car engines comprises: setting up the mold using a horizontal support(28) attached to one side part of a pressure top(22) and supported by the auxiliary pressure top and pouring molten metal into the mold through a combined injection port and pressure injection port(60) such that molten metal is contained in the auxiliary pressure top by passing through a circular rolled tail part via a sander body part; and lifting up the horizontal support, thereby erecting the pressure top and the auxiliary pressure top that have been laid down on the ground such that molten metal is promptly resupplied into the mold from inlet and outlet parts of the mold.
