A connection device for an electric mat is provided to reduce the disconnection rate of a heat line and a detection line. A plug connector(110) is curved. Lower and upper support plates(111,112) are connected to each other by a vertical part. The upper support plate(112) is covered by a cover. Two opposite end portions of the first terminal plate(116) are coupled to the first and second coupling parts(114,115) formed on the support plate(112), and two opposite end portions of the second terminal plate(119) are coupled to the third and fourth coupling parts(117,118), so that the first terminal plate(116) is parallel to the second terminal plate(119). The first to fifth terminals are mounted on the first terminal plate(116), and the sixth to the tenth terminals are mounted on the second terminal plate(119).
