<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply inputted values of machine parameters and operation parameters to the calculation of motor control parameters. <P>SOLUTION: A device for setting motor control parameters is provided with a motor specification data storing portion that stores specification data of an electric motor, a machine parameter input portion that sets machine data composed of kinds of machine elements driven by the motor and a characteristic value of each machine element, an operation parameter input portion that inputs a speed command pattern in operation, a data storing portion that stores the machine data and the speed command pattern, a mechanical characteristic analysis portion that analyzes the response data of the motor received from a motor controller and generates resonance/anti-resonance frequencies, a control parameter calculation portion that calculates the motor control parameters from the resonance/anti-resonance frequencies, a capacity selection/calculation portion that calculates the capacity of a machine from the motor specification data, the speed command patterns, and the characteristic values of the machine elements, and a capacity-selection/calculation-result storing portion that stores the results of capacity selection and calculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
