<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprouting method with running water, intended for solving such problems that existing sprouted cereals clearly state nutritive value/safety/taste, but it is impossible to make all of them compatible with each other at a high level. <P>SOLUTION: This sprouting method with running water comprises bringing each kind of nutrient to a low molecule so as to increase taste. Furthermore, nutrient represented by gamma aminobutyric acid is made to appear or increase. Since germs sticking to cereals flow out by the sprouting method under a running water environment, it is possible to maintain safety.
