<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of reducing electric power consumption by compensating in circuits the loss of a signal voltage produced by a correction function. <P>SOLUTION: A switching transistor Tr 4 conducts in a sampling period to connect a drive transistor Trd to a power source potential Vcc, fetches an output current from the drive transistor Trd, for the time in which the signal potential V<SB>sig</SB>is sampled, negatively feeds back the same to a pixel capacity Cs, and eliminates the influence of carrier mobility μ of the drive transistor Trd from the input voltage Vgs. In order to compensate the loss of the input voltage Vgs generated by the negative feedback, a coupling capacity Cc to previously add the topping up to the input voltage Vgs by gate coupling of a switching transistor Tr 2 to a pixel capacity Cs is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
