A sun-tracking type power generating apparatus is provided to minimize a breakdown cause of equipment caused by external surroundings by including a driving apparatus, a control apparatus and so forth in one control driving box. A support part includes a vertical support unit(61) and a horizontal support unit(65). A solar cell panel(50) is supported in an installation place by the vertical support unit. The horizontal support unit is connected to the vertical support unit, capable of rotating. A rotational operation part(70) rotates the solar cell panel with respect to the center of the horizontal support unit, installed in the back surface of the solar cell panel while being rotatively supported by the horizontal support unit. A height operation part(80) rotates the solar cell panel vertically while the lower end of the height operation part is supported by the vertical support unit. A control driving part(90) is installed in a contact position of the rotational operation part and the height operation part to control the driving of the rotational operation part and the height operation part, supported by the horizontal support part. The support part, the rotational operation part and the height operation part are constructed as a triangular structure. The rotational operation part can be made of a cylindrical structure, inserted into the outer part of the horizontal support unit. |
