PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for a vehicle capable of projecting a luggage holding member from an armrest, and securely holding and stabilizing the luggage when the luggage is located on a seat cushion using the armrest at good usability in a manner that the luggage holding member is not obstructive other than when holding the luggage and an appearance is not deteriorated. SOLUTION: A lock member 11 is housed in an armrest 5 in a manner to be freely taken in and out, projects when the armrest 5 is used, and holds a luggage L located on a seat cushion 3 in cooperation with the armrest 5, the seat cushion 3 and a seat back 4. The lock member 11 is formed like an arm, and a front end thereof is pivoted, rotated and energized in a direction to be housed in the armrest 5, and projects in a vehicle width direction from a side part of the armrest 5.
