PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at low cost, a small size cylindrical rubber materialof a simple structure capable of being controlled easily. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rubber member 15 is loosely inserted in an inner part of a holding member which is supported by a transportation means 16, then a diameter of a molding drum 14 is expanded to press the cylindrical rubber member 15 to an inner peripheral area of the holding member, followed by reducing the diameter of the molding drum 14, whereby the cylindrical rubber member 15 can be transported to the holding member. The cylindrical rubber member 15 can be transported from the molding drum 14 to the holding part only by using expanding-reducing mechanism of the diameter of the molding drum, because a conventional molding drum can be expanded and reduced in its diameter.
