PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press frame which can be easily transported, obviates the occurrence of a defect in production, and has resistance to a press load, and in which the press can be made compact. SOLUTION: The press frame is constituted of a bed 3, a pair of right and left side frames 2, 2 erected on an upper face of bed 3, and a connection member 10 for connecting the top ends of the right and left side frames 2, 2. The connection member 10 is disposed on an upper end face of the pair of the right and left side frames 2, 2. Since the side frames 2 and the connection member 10 can be produced of separate bodies, the transportation is easy and the respective members are made simple in their shapes and therefore, the defect in the production hardly occurs. Also, the side frames can be made compact and their weight can be reduced, the transportability of the side frames 2 can be improved. Even more, the entire part of the press can be made compact.
