PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which reduces the flow resistance of filtered water and a back washing solution, excellent in back-washability, and also excellent in productivity with respect to an inner pressure type liquid separation hollow fiber membrane module. SOLUTION: The inner pressure type liquid separation hollow fiber membrane module has a widened flow channel cross sectional surface area for filtered water and a back washing solution by widening the gap between hollow fiber membrane bundles in the outlet side of filtered water and a case without decreasing the amount of the hollow fiber membranes packed therein by installing the hollow fiber membrane bundles at a position eccentrically to the opposed side of the filtered water outlet.
