The present invention relates to a ballast means for controlling the draft of a liquefied natural gas floating production storage offloading (LNG-FPSO) and, more specifically, to a ballast means of an LNG-FPSO, which reduces the volume of a ballast tank by charging the ballast tank formed around an LNG storage tank with ballast means having specific gravity larger than marine water, and reduces the volume and number of the ballast tank by removing a conventional device for injecting and draining the marine water or reducing the capacity of the conventional device. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a ballast tank which is formed around a storage tank of the FPSO; and solid state ballast means which are charged in the ballast tank.
