The present invention relates to a disposable food packaging container including minerals, which is mainly made of polypropylene (PP) to contain and pack food. The food packaging container is injection-molded in a container shape by mixing 85 to 90 parts by weight of PP powder which is a thermoplastic resin, 3 to 7 parts by weight of Ge-Lite powder which is a mineral, and 1.5 to 3 parts by weight of a color pigment. A recessed receiving unit having a volume for containing food and a planar adhesion unit for attaching a sealing film to the top of the recessed receiving unit are formed integrally. A plurality of air passage grooves are formed on the inner circumference of the recessed receiving unit to circulate air from the bottom of the recessed receiving unit to the planar adhesion unit. A rough surface is formed on the planar adhesion unit to increase an adhesion area to the sealing film. The disposable food packaging container is manufactured by mixing the Ge-Lite powder, which is a mineral, and the color pigment with the PP resin and injection-molding a molding resin. The disposable food packaging container has anti-bacteria and smell removal effects as well as far-infrared and anion radiation effects to increase the distribution period of packaged foods by maintaining freshness in the sealed packaging of foods such as fish and meat and to minimize unpleasant odors such as a fishy smell when removing the sealing film from the packaging container. In addition, the disposable food packaging container enables vacuum packaging while preventing the shape deformation of the packaging container by forming the air passage grooves between the recessed receiving unit and the planar adhesion unit and can improve the packaging quality of the packaged foods by forming the rough surface to improve adhesion between the planar adhesion unit and the sealing film. |
