PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rigid polyurethane foam or a rigid polyisocyanate foam excellent in flame-retardant performance without deteriorating storage stability of an active hydrogen-containing composition for the production of a resin.SOLUTION: An active hydrogen-containing composition for the production of a resin comprises (A) an active hydrogen-containing compound, (Z) a vinyl polymerizable compound, (B) a foaming agent containing water, (C) a foam stabilizer and (Y) a catalyst. The vinyl polymerizable compound (Z) is a vinyl polymerizable compound of a specific composition which has a vinyl polymerizable functional group of a specific composition and has a concentration of the vinyl polymerizable functional group in the molecule of 0.5 to 20 (mmol/g). The catalyst (Y) contains (Y1) a salt of a primary to tertiary amine and a carboxylic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
