PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgetting prevention device allowing a user to easily confirm whether or not fire sources are shut off, doors and windows are locked and anything is forgotten when going out without forgetting.SOLUTION: A forgetting prevention device according to this invention comprises a touch panel on which forgetting prevention items are drawn and a lock device. When a user goes out, the user can release a rocket-type lock pin that is connected to the forgetting prevention device and open a door only after doing a confirmation operation (for approximately 10 seconds) by sequentially touching the touch panel in order to reconfirm whether or not the user forgets something.
