PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To differentiate subsequent processing on the basis of change of a body state due to the use of a commodity or service in management support of the commodity or service.SOLUTION: A management support system comprises an identification unit 11 which identifies a commodity or service, a measurement unit 13 which measures biological information, associated with a commodity or service identified by the identification unit 11, on a user who has used the commodity or service, and a processing execution unit 15 which executes processing according to change of the biological information on a user measured by the measurement unit 13 in accordance with the use of the commodity or service identified by the identification unit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
