PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device and an advertisement information distribution system capable of controlling timing at which received advertisement information is displayed.SOLUTION: The information terminal device comprises reception means for receiving advertisement information on a facility, storage means for storing the received advertisement information, determination means for determining whether or not to display the received advertisement information on the basis of the state of the information terminal device, and display means for displaying the advertisement information on the basis of the determination result obtained from the determination means.
