A lens unit (1) is provided with: a correcting lens (3) for correcting movement of the focal position of an optical system (4); a retaining frame (20) for retaining the correcting lens (3); a fixing tube (10) for movably supporting the retaining frame (20) along the direction of an optical axis (C); a movement guide part (60) for restricting rotation of the retaining frame (20) in a direction intersecting with a plane orthogonal to the optical axis (C) and guiding movement of the retaining frame (20) in the direction of the optical axis (C), the movement guide part (60) being provided between the retaining frame (20) and the fixing tube (10) in the radial direction of the fixing tube (10); a bimetal for changing the distance between the retaining frame (20) and the fixing tube (10) along the direction of the optical axis (C), the bimetal being provided between the retaining frame (20) and the fixing tube (10) in the direction of the optical axis (C); and a first urging means (70) for urging the retaining frame (20) relative to the fixing tube (10) via the movement guide part (60) in the radial direction of the fixing tube (10). |
