The present invention relates to a method and service for designing a portfolio using learning analysis data on the basis of a mobile terminal. A system for providing a learning portfolio according to an example of the present invention may comprise: a memory for storing education course information and educational content information; a mobile terminal for providing learning to a user using the education course information and educational content information; a wireless communication unit for receiving the user's feedback information associated with the learning from the mobile terminal; and a control unit for generating analysis data using the education course information, the educational content information, and the feedback information, wherein the control unit determines learning guide information specialized for the user using the analysis data and controls the wireless communication unit to transmit the determined learning guide information to the mobile terminal.
