PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and computer program for generating cartoon data, and a cartoon data display device.SOLUTION: A device for generating cartoon data includes: a cut input controller configured to control receiving of a signal for adding a cut, including a layer, to be included in the cartoon data; an effect input controller configured to control receiving of a type of an effect to be applied to the layer and attribute information; and a cut generator configured to generate a final cut that stays stationary without moving in accordance with an entered user event. The cut generator generates the final cut such that the cartoon data move in accordance with an additionally entered second user event when an entered first user event satisfies a first condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
