PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of a door pocket from being inhibited by water and foreign matter that have entered a space where a rail for guiding the movement of the door pocket of a movable fence is installed.SOLUTION: A base unit 20 of a movable fence 1 includes: a plurality of sleepers 22 installed so as to be aligned at intervals along a track on a foundation 100a of a platform 100; a rail 24 installed on the plurality of sleepers 22 so as to extend along the track for supporting wheels 13 and guiding the movement of a door pocket 4; and a tread 28 arranged on the upper side of the rail 24 on which passengers walk. The tread 28 is provided with a groove part 28a which extends along the rail 24, and in which a support bracket 14 of the door pocket 4 passes. A discharge space 32, formed between the sleepers 22 that are adjacent to each other under the tread 28, is communicated with a space on the track side of the platform 100. |
