<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic white light emitting OLED device with high efficiency and stability and simple structure, which can be reproduced under a manufacturing circumstance. <P>SOLUTION: The organic white light emitting (OLED) device comprises (a) an anode, (b) a hole transport layer arranged on the anode, (c) a blue light emitting layer doped with a blue light emitting compound directly arranged on the hole transport layer, (d) an electron transport layer arranged on the blue light emitting layer, and (e) a cathode arranged on the electron transporting layer. (f) The hole transport layer and/or the electron transport layer are selectively doped with a compound emitting yellow light in a spectrum, represented by formula or a derivative thereof.
