PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a compression ratio of a document having tags.SOLUTION: An information processor 100 distinguishes a tag part and a base sentence from input character data including tags having a variable part. The information processor 100 converts respective tags included in the tag part into a first kind of respective codes corresponding to tag contents. The information processor 100 converts the base sentence into a second kind of codes in a unit divided by a tag at least in the input character data. The information processor 100 outputs the first kind of respective codes and the second kind of respective codes while maintaining positional relations of unconverted tags or character strings of the respective codes in the input character data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
