摘要 The present invention relates to a precipitation inhibition phosphor structure, a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of manufacturing a light-emitting diode (LED) using the same. The precipitation inhibition phosphor structure comprises: phosphor particles; and a coating layer including a transparent resin coated on surfaces of the phosphor particles so as to surround the phosphor particles, wherein the phosphor particles have a particle diameter of 3-25 m and the coating layer is formed to have a thickness greater than 0.5-3 times a radius of the phosphor particles and to have a density of 1-5 g/cc or a density greater than 1/3-1/5 times a density of the phosphor particles. According to the precipitation inhibition phosphor structure, the method of manufacturing the same, and the method of manufacturing the LED using the same, an LED capable of improving emission efficiency can be manufactured by reducing a precipitation rate of a phosphor.
