The present invention relates to a technology for providing customized advertising content which suits the taste of a television broadcast viewer and, more particularly, to a technology for selectively providing at least one customized advertising content as an alternative matter of interest by determining the current psychological state and advertising content preference of a viewer through the analysis of the broadcast watching pattern of the viewer to accurately detect the time when the viewer lost the will (desire) to watch. The technology of the present invention has high reliability by selecting a customized advertisement list based on the watching pattern of the viewer. In particular, the technology of the present invention can improve the reliability of the customized advertisement list by generating program specifications for program information acquired according to the watching pattern as metadata and individually giving preference weights to the program specifications. A method for providing a behavior-targeting advertisement based on the analysis of a user watching pattern according to the present invention comprises the steps of generating a customized advertisement notification list when the viewer lost the will to watch and displaying the customized advertisement notification list on a TV screen. |
