The present invention relates to a data storage block arranging method of a flash memory in accordance with a file extension. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a group setting step of setting data having the same file extension to be included in the same data group; and a data storing step of storing the data included in the same data group in the same flash memory block. Therefore, the data storage block arranging method can improve durability of a flash memory which is used for a predetermined period of time.
