PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the degrees that a user bends forward or sits down to regulate the rotations of casters or oppositely release regulation more than a conventional one.SOLUTION: A handcart 100 is provided, which includes: a load-carrying platform 120 for mounting luggage; a plurality of casters 106L, 106R, 107L, 107R attached to the undersurface of the load-carrying platform; regulation members 155, 156 for regulating the rotations of at least one of the plurality of casters; a plurality of wheels 101L, 101R, 102L, 102R respectively attached to the plurality of casters; handles 111F, 111F provided extending upward from the top face of the load-carrying platform; and an operation member 151 attached to a middle part or a top part of the handles 111F, 111R to operate the regulation member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
